Before relocating to the Seacoast, I spent years working in San Francisco’s competitive real estate market, where I learned how pricing, preparation, and timing directly affect outcomes. That experience continues to shape how I think about leverage, risk, and positioning, especially for clients relocating from larger metro areas.
Earlier in my career, I worked in legal and compliance roles at firms including BlackRock, State Street, and Fidelity. That background sharpened my attention to detail and negotiation skills, which are particularly valuable when reviewing disclosures, structuring contracts, and navigating complex transactions.
Today, I help buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire and Maine approach real estate decisions thoughtfully and with confidence, whether they’re moving locally or from out of state.
Outside of work, I spend as much time outdoors as possible and enjoy exploring the Seacoast with my dog, Oliver.
